Allergens:
ATTENTION CUSTOMERS WITH FOOD ALLERGIES.
Please be aware that food included in the platters and grazing tables may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts or wheat.
While I take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond my reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food I provide, or manufacturers may change their formulations without my knowledge.
THE 14 MAIN ALLERGENS ARE

- cereals containing gluten
- eggs
- fish
- lupin flour
- milk
- crustaceans/shellfish
- molluscs
- mustard
- peanuts
- sesame
- soya
- sulphur dioxide & sulphites
Food Preparation:
Food preparation facilities are not food allergen or gluten-free.
Customers with food allergies or other nutritional concerns are advised to email Rosie at [email protected] before ordering for additional information or support.
Food Handling
All platters are made fresh and to order, 2-12 hours in advance of your event.
After delivery/collection, your platters must be properly refrigerated at 5 degrees Celsius or less until the time you wish to serve your guests and (if wrapped) consumed within 1-2 days.
It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of leftover food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, to comply with UK food standards.
By ordering, customers are agreeing to the terms & conditions to correctly refrigerate prior to the event & dispose of any food after this set time. All That Platters by Rosie will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to food consumed after this time.
